Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence
Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in the restaurant industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Hospitality background that emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
