Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Cook. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously, maintaining a high level of customer service
- Handle food with care, following proper food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist in meal preparation and kitchen organization to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in the food industry or related fields such as catering or hospitality is advantageous
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with meal preparation and service
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
Pay: $17.85-$18.25 per hour
