To meet the demand of sales at our move-in ready communities, Ledingham McAllister seeks a talented Sales Representative to join our team.
The Role:
In this role, you will work alongside the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator and will collaborate closely with the Sales Administration and Marketing teams, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Director of Sales. You will play a key part in building relationships with potential buyers, realtors, and clients, while driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in explaining contracts, pricing, negotiating and project information, and will help drive sales while ensuring a seamless client experience. This full-time role requires working weekends and statutory holidays, with mornings off for personal time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and prospects to drive sales and actively follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, realtors, and other key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Reach out to prospects via phone and email from our database, ensuring timely follow-ups and fostering meaningful connections with potential buyers.
- Assist purchasers and realtors throughout the buying process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through to closing.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, pricing, incentives, and contract terms to achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Establish and build relationships with prospective clients, creating trust and rapport.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator, and other teams to coordinate sales efforts, track leads, and meet sales goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between realtors and the Vendor throughout the offer and counteroffer process, communicating terms, negotiating conditions, and facilitating agreements that support successful transaction outcomes.
- Assist in administrative duties as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Work five days per week, including weekends and stat holidays, with 2 days off during the week.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in real estate sales, specifically in selling pre-sale homes and condos and experience working with a Developer or Real Estate Sales and Marketing Agency, is a must.
- High level of integrity with a proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong self-motivation and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate objections, competing interests, and complex deal structures.
- Well-organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in a second language is considered an asset but is not required.
- Active BC Real Estate License is preferred, but we will consider the right candidate without it.
Compensation:
- Base Salary of $50,000 per year, plus commission.
