Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving growth via new sales and multi sales offerings to exiting customers. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook. Internal software is also required however training will provided.
Duties
- Retention and innovative, responsive services will be key to the success of this role.
- New sales are the component of the role via campaign and referral opportunities.
- Requisite sales administration is required for all sizes of consumer and types of relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales department of the organization to ensure new business opportunities are captured.
- The Operations component of the role includes completion of all electricity and DCB transactions in accordance with Member and Customer contracted obligations.
- This position ensures all LDC contracts, legal requirements, billing, and prudential requirements are accurately managed and within the requisite time allotments.
- Electricity analysis and collaboration with the CEO, sales team, and Project leader to create and deliver a new electricity consulting package will be vital to the position.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with Sales and marketing.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on retention and education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
