Looking for experienced Shinglers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on roofing experience and a solid understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and repair techniques. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs to ensure long‑lasting, watertight performance.
This position requires strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team. Candidates must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Lloydminster.

Responsibilities
- Install shingles and roofing materials according to specifications and safety standards.
- Perform repairs on existing roofs, including caulking and sealing areas as needed.
- Willing to work long days in all weather conditions.
- Must be reliable and willing to work everyday required.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Lift heavy materials as part of the installation process while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shingler.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Strong physical stamina with the capability for heavy lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work at heights safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Class 5 drivers licence
