What You’ll Do
- Promote and sell telecom services including Internet, Mobility, TV, and Home Solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with warm leads
- Meet customers directly through field sales and community outreach
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Convert leads into successful sales while delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage and nurture client accounts for long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Track sales performance and contribute to achieving team goals
- Represent Lexia Communications professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecommunications or technology sales preferred)
- Experience with Bell, Rogers, Telus, or other telecom providers is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Strong ability to close sales and consistently achieve targets
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face and working independently or within a team
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with mobility and internet products

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-Time, Permanent Position
- Base Pay + Performance Incentives
- Monday to Friday (some weekend availability may be required)
- Work Location: In Person – Calgary, Office
