Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator preferably with their Infant/Toddler license to join our Infant Program on a maternity leave 12-18 month contract commencing August 2026 (could be earlier) that can turn into a permanent position. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of Educators tp provide responsive, nurturing care and meaningful experiences for infants and toddlers in a safe inclusive environment.
Duties
- Plan, implement and evaluate age appropriate activities and experiences that support all areas of child development.
- Ensure the health, safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Develop and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families and co-workers.
- Support children's daily routines, including feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing, sleeping and transitions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in ECE working with children is preferred, ECE license mandatory but IT preferred.
- Reggio Emilia philosophy knowledge an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude a must.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to providing quality support within the specified time frame.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
