POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Line Cook, you are at the heart of the experience. You bring our food philosophy to life through consistency, care, and attention to detail. You move with purpose, cook with intention, and take pride in every plate that leaves your station.
This is a role for someone who respects the craft and who understands that great food doesn’t need to be complicated, just done exceptionally well. Reporting to the Chef, you’ll work alongside a team that values quality, pace, and a shared commitment to delivering something memorable, every time. Food leads here. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, with exposure to high-volume or fast-paced service
- Strong foundation in core cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, plating)
- Confident knife skills with the ability to work safely, efficiently, and precisely
- Pizza experience considered an asset
- Proven ability to execute dishes consistently under pressure without compromising quality
- Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen compliance requirements
- Ability to manage time effectively across prep and service, balancing multiple priorities at once
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean, structured, and efficient station
- High attention to detail in both preparation and presentation
- Ability to read and manage tickets accurately, maintaining pace with the line during peak service
- Clear and effective communication skills in a fast-moving environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others and step in where needed
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Receptive to feedback with a desire to continuously improve and refine skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to ~50 lbs, and work in a high-heat environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute all menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring every plate meets established standards
- Set up and maintain your station with a high level of organization, cleanliness, and readiness for service
- Complete daily prep lists efficiently, ensuring all mise en place is properly prepared, labeled, and stored
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines to control quality and cost
- Monitor food quality throughout service, adjusting as needed to maintain consistency
- Manage ticket flow effectively, prioritizing and pacing dishes to support smooth, timely service
- Communicate clearly and consistently with chefs and teammates during service
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) practices are followed
- Assist with inventory practices including portion control, waste reduction, and stock awareness
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring the kitchen is left clean, organized, and ready for the next service
- Contribute to a respectful, accountable, and team-driven kitchen culture
- Remain adaptable and responsive to changing service needs, volume, and priorities
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy culture grounded in respect and accountability
- Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed

- Availability to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and /or holidays

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
