Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and sales records, ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Process customer payments and operate/balance cash registers
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for food preparation areas, equipment, utensils, and the overall facility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow company procedures and food safety guidelines at all times
