We are seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our COR certified construction operations across Atlantic Canada. This role will work closely with office and field teams to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement as well as HR and Safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring for trades and office roles across Atlantic Canada
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Maintain employee records, certifications and training files
- Organize and collect timecards from jobsites.
- Assist with timecards verification of hours for both union and non-union employees.
- Assist with benefits administration and attendance tracking
- Support employee relations, HR compliance and Workplace NL/WCB documentation
- Assist with COR compliance, audits and health & safety recordkeeping
- Coordinate company social events and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain company social media content and job postings
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience (construction or trades preferred)
- Knowledge of Atlantic Canada employment standards and OHS requirements
- Experience working in a COR-certified environment would be an asset
- Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
