Position: AZ-Class Driver /Trailer Support
Location: Oakville, ON.( Travel to various event job sites across Ontario.)
Pay Rate: 22.50 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
One of our clients is looking for an AZ-Class Driver in Oakville. This role combines professional driving with hands-on general labour, supporting event installations across Ontario. You’ll tow 20’ and 40’ tilt trailers using a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500HD pickup truck with a 24’ gooseneck tilt trailer and work alongside the crew at event sites.
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries and material transport
- Tow trailers and move equipment (including 20’ containers)
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Support warehouse and yard operations as needed
- Ensure safe and timely transportation
Requirements
- Valid AR or AZ licence with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR
- 3–4 years of experience driving similar equipment and towing heavy loads (20,000+ lbs)
- Experience with trailer towing and hauling
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to assist with physical labour when required
