Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be instrumental in the smooth operations of our facility, handling tasks ranging from receiving and organizing inventory to preparing equipment for events or productions. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: inventory management through counts and inspections, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and organization. Success in this role relies on your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of duties, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Pull, stage, and prepare AV equipment (audio, video, lighting, staging) based on pull sheets or event orders.
- Quality control of equipment before and after events as needed.
- Pack and load trucks/vans safely and efficiently.
- Receive and check-in returning gear; report damages or missing items.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in rental/warehouse software.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, or onsite setup/teardown when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license (class 5 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with inventory software and basic Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to spend the day standing or moving.
- Ability to to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Forklift experience (will train and get certified)
Preferred Assets
- Basic knowledge of pro audio, video, lighting, and staging gear (AV background)
- 5 ton truck driving experience
- Basic AV equipment repair knowledge (soldering, cabling, troubleshooting)
- Forklift certification
