Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
As a Digital Project Manager within our clients Commercial Digital Solutions team, you will drive the end-to-end execution of consumer-based web and mobile initiatives, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and content delivery roadmaps. Operating under the guidance of our Digital Program Management office, you will act as the crucial bridge connecting Brand Marketers, technical delivery teams, external digital agencies, and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of digital agency workflows combined with the rigor of enterprise project management methodologies to ensure high-quality, compliant, and on-time product delivery.
Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scope Management

Define Scope: Develop detailed project scope statements and manage scope boundaries throughout the lifecycle of each digital initiative.

Resource Allocation: Identify required skill sets, assign individual resource responsibilities, and build realistic project schedules to ensure timely milestones.

Requirements Gathering: Partner with Brand Marketers and digital agencies to gather requirements for new marketing content roadmaps, relationship marketing, and multi-channel campaigns, translating them effectively for leadership.

Execution & Day-to-Day Delivery

Daily Management: Direct day-to-day project activities, ensuring cross-functional collaboration between Product Management, Service Delivery, and various Lines of Business.

Product Development: Hands-on project management of the development and production lifecycle for consumer-facing digital products.

Vendor & Operations Management: Assist with the onboarding, paperwork, and compliance frameworks for external vendors, including MSAs, SOWs, and Information Security reviews. Build and maintain strong e-retailer and partner relationships.

Risk Management, Quality Control & Governance

Risk & Interdependencies: Proactively map out project interdependencies, identify potential risks, and implement robust mitigation strategies.

Escalation & Resolution: Recognize bottleneck indicators and potential impacts on deadlines; execute swift corrective actions and leverage appropriate PMO escalation paths.

Quality & Compliance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and comply strictly with 's PMO methodologies and security processes to ensure failsafe quality, tracking compliance and financial costs effectively.

ROI & Metrics: Track project delivery metrics against business cases to ensure intended return on investment (ROI).

Communication & Stakeholder Relations

Bridge Technical/Non-Technical: Serve as the primary liaison between technical engineering squads, creative agencies, and non-technical business units.
Stakeholder Management: Transparently communicate project timelines, requirements, budgets, and milestones to stakeholders within the respective brand organizations and senior management.

Qualifications
-
7–10 years of overall professional project management experience with 4–7 years specifically working within a fast-paced digital agency environment is required.

Proven track record managing projects within consumer-based web and mobile environments, alongside a history of successful marketing campaign executions.

Solid practical understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS). Advanced proficiency and hands-on administrative experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.

An efficient, decisive decision-maker who thrives amid ambiguity and can confidently drive alignment across matrixed organizational units.

Strong foundational knowledge of standard PMO project management frameworks, both Agile and Waterfall.

Education and Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.

Professional Certifications: Must hold at least one of the following recognized credentials:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

PRINCE2 Certification
-
Disciplined Agile / II certifications, or standard formal QA designations.
