We are seeking a dedicated Female Cook to join our team in a dynamic Indian food service environment. Duties
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food items safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and protocols
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling procedures during meal preparation and service
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the restaurant or food service area
Requirements
- Prior experience in Indian food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry
Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour
