As a condominium custodian, you will be responsible for keeping all common areas of our buildings clean and tidy, while providing excellent customer service to the buildings' residents.
We are currently looking to fill a FULL-TIME position as a FLOATER:
Job Requirements
- Moderate physical activity - must be able to carry 10lbs of equipment (backpack vacuum).
- Vehicle required. (Gas reimbursement will be provided)
- Must be comfortable traveling to different locations around the city.
- Candidates must be passionate for cleaning, fast but thorough.
- Reliable and detail oriented.
- Able to work Monday through Friday during the day.
- Comfortable having a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision.
