A growing commercial mechanical contractor in Calgary is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

If you come from a Plumbing or HVAC background within commercial construction and understand how to keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships across the field and office, this could be an excellent fit.
Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from operational, administrative, and leadership perspectives
Ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and aligned with productivity and profitability goals
Lead and support Site Superintendents and Foremen throughout project execution
Coordinate labour, materials, communication, and workflow across projects
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Support estimating and tendering efforts for upcoming projects
Act as a professional representative of the organization in all project interactions
Direct experience managing commercial construction projects in Calgary
Strong Plumbing or HVAC industry background
Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to drive accountability, timelines, and operational execution
Existing industry relationships or contacts within the Calgary market considered a strong asset
