Our client is currently looking for a Financial Reporting Consultant with a fully remote, 2-month contract opportunity for a hands-on financial reporting professional.
We're looking for a Controller-level accountant with strong technical reporting experience who is comfortable getting into the details and helping support an increased reporting workload. CPA Designation is required.
Key requirements:

Public company reporting experience

Strong knowledge of IFRS

Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and disclosures

Advanced Excel skills, including complex workbook-based reporting

Hands-on, detail-oriented approach

Able to quickly step in and add value
Must Have:

CPA designation preferred

5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and accounting

Strong understanding of IFRS

Public company reporting experience is required

Experience preparing financial statements and MD&A support materials is an asset

Advanced Excel skills, including working with large and complex workbooks

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
