Alta Moving & Storage is looking for an experienced mover / swamper to join our team.
This is NOT an entry-level position — applicants must have previous experience working with a professional moving company.
We’re a growing, owner-managed company that values hard work, reliability, and taking care of both our team and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload household and commercial items
- Wrap and protect furniture properly (blankets, shrink wrap, etc.)
- Work efficiently as part of a crew
- Handle items with care to prevent damage
- Follow direction from team lead / driver
- Maintain professionalism on-site
Requirements:
- Previous moving company experience REQUIRED
- Physically fit (able to lift heavy items daily)
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Able to work long / full days
- Own transportation is an asset
