Established precision machining manufacturer seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist with strong setup and operation skills.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Read blueprints and machine precision parts to tight tolerances
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- 5+ years CNC lathe machining experience
- Strong setup and production experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
