Complete Utility Contractors is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to oversee municipal underground utility and infrastructure projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
This role is responsible for successfully delivering awarded projects by leading planning, execution, financial performance, client relationships, and project teams from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Manage multiple civil infrastructure projects simultaneously
- Plan, organize and oversee projects from handoff through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project budgets, costs and profitability
- Review drawings, specifications and contract documents
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors
- Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, municipalities and inspectors
- Manage project documentation, progress claims, change orders and contract administration
- Identify and resolve project risks before they impact schedule or budget
- Ensure projects meet company quality, safety and performance standards
- Mentor Project Coordinators and junior Project Managers
What You Bring
- Minimum 8-10+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction
- Extensive underground utility experience including:
- Watermain
- Sanitary Sewer
- Storm Sewer
- Strong knowledge of MMCD contracts and municipal specifications
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting and cost control
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and field teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- P.Eng., C.Tech. or EIT designation is considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
