In this role, you'll focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and introducing transportation solutions that add value to their operations. - Identify and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach and networking.
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage them through to successful close.
- Learn each client's business to recommend logistics solutions that meet their operational needs.
- Develop lasting partnerships that encourage repeat business and long-term account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding through implementation.
- Monitor sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and achieve established revenue goals.
- Previous experience in business development, account acquisition, or outside sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or another B2B industry.
- Confidence initiating conversations with new prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- A history of meeting performance goals and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
