Full-Time Farm Mechanic / Equipment Operator

Are you a skilled mechanic who enjoys farming and wants more than just shop work? We’re looking for a motivated, full-time mechanic who wants to be part of a modern grain farming operation and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain farm equipment, trucks, trailers, and support vehicles
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal inspections
- Assist with seeding, spraying, harvest, grain handling, and other farm operations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and GPS systems
- Keep maintenance records and help manage parts inventory
- Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Agricultural, heavy-duty, or automotive mechanic experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1A is considered an asset)
- Experience operating farm equipment is considered an asset
- Ability to work extended hours during seeding and harvest
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
