The Ontario Hockey Academy (OHA) is seeking a passionate and motivated Girls Hockey Coach to join our coaching staff for the upcoming season.
OHA is a private boarding high school hockey academy in Cornwall, Ontario, serving student-athletes from across Canada and around the world. Our girls program continues to grow, with multiple teams competing at a high level.
- Lead and manage one of our girls hockey teams.

Plan and conduct engaging on-ice practices focused on individual and team development.

Develop players both technically and tactically throughout the season.

Prepare teams for games, tournaments, and league play.

Maintain a positive, professional, and competitive team environment.

Support the academic and personal development of student-athletes within the academy environment.

Previous hockey coaching experience.

Strong understanding of player development and modern hockey concepts.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively with teenage student-athletes.

Hockey Canada coaching certification is an asset.

Playing or coaching experience at a competitive level is an asset.

Must be willing to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check and required coaching certifications.
The Ontario Hockey Academy provides student-athletes with the opportunity to combine high-level hockey development with a strong academic education. Our players come from a variety of backgrounds and countries, creating a unique international hockey environment.
