Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks if required, demonstrating basic cooking skills
- Organize clutter and maintain an orderly environment within client homes
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and needs
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage scheduling independently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointments efficiently
