Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope

Support project kick-off meetings, status reporting, deadline tracking, and project communications
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
-
Respond to client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
-
Gather, organize, and communicate client feedback and requirements
-
Draft project documentation, business rules, scripts, website content, and program materials
-
Prepare reports, analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
-
Track project milestones, schedules, and deadlines
-
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
-
Assist with process improvements and operational support initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional client-facing, customer service, project coordination, or administrative role
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience preferred
-
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables
-
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
-
Experience working with databases and large volumes of information is an asset
-
Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
-
Ability to prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience in banking, financial services, claims processing, or other detail-driven operational environments is considered an asset
-
Working knowledge of stocks, securities, financial transactions, or investment-related processes is an asset

Comfortable learning and using new technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools

Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
