Responsibilities
- Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and styles.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Offer excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
- Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles.
- Experience in hair styling, waxing, laser machine handling, hair threading, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
