Dieseltech Truck Diagnostics & Repair is seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Mechanic to join our growing team. We are looking for a licensed mechanic or an experienced technician with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the potential to participate in mine rotations. Candidates who are willing to perform roadside assistance calls are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair trucks and heavy equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Respond to roadside assistance calls when required
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed
Qualifications
- Licensed Truck and Coach Technician (310T) preferred, or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics is an asset
- Willingness to perform roadside assistance calls is preferred
