Canmore Premier is now hiring a Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our strong, team-based environment! We manage vacation rental units in both Dead Man’s Flats and Canmore, and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support our growing portfolio.
Location Requirement: A reliable mode of transportation is required. Applicants must live locally in the Bow Valley or be able to commute independently between Dead Man’s Flats and Canmore as needed.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Housekeeper/Cleaners is responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping of Copperstone Resort. This role ensures all Canmore Premier standards are upheld while delivering a superior guest experience throughout each stay.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily cleaning of assigned guest suites and common areas
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean counters, appliances, and kitchen surfaces
- Sanitize high-touch points
- Clean kitchen appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge)
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean dishes (load/unload dishwasher, hand wash and dry as required)
- Remove trash, recycling, and compost
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish and restock guest amenities
- Check lamps, lights, clocks, and miscellaneous equipment for proper operation and report any issues
- Report damages and maintenance concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with Maintenance and Front Desk teams
- Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality environment preferred
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Hospitality is an asset
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Service-oriented mindset
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Flexible schedule required; weekend shifts may be necessary based on occupancy
- Position involves extensive physical activity
- Must be physically capable of twisting, bending, lifting, turning, and standing for extended periods

** Staff housing can be provided in September moving forward. There is no public transportation to and from the work site and Canmore. Parking is available for staff at Copperstone Resort.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week
