Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
