Job Description:
As a Painter at Pete's Painting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail in every painting project. You will work on a diverse range of assignments, including residential and commercial painting, both interior and exterior. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming as needed to ensure a smooth and even finish.
Paint Application: Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, with precision and care.
Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and rectify any imperfections.
Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients to understand their painting requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to create a safe and secure working environment.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical fitness and the capability to lift and handle heavy equipment.
