Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills, time management, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from facility users.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required during cleaning operations.
- A commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards and attention to detail.
- Must have valid drivers liscence and vehicle.
