We're a growing team looking for a reliable, driven Business Development & Operations Associate to help us bring in new work and keep our projects — and our client relationships — running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a hybrid position that blends business development, light sales, admin support, and project coordination. Your primary focus is growing our business — reaching out to commercial partners (B2B), while also being the friendly first point of contact for homeowner inquiries (B2C). When you're not generating leads and setting appointments, you'll help keep our operations organized and our clients well taken care of.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Sales (B2B + B2C)
- Make outbound B2B calls
- Build and maintain lead generation lists
- Set appointments and follow up consistently with prospects
- Be the first point of contact for new homeowner/consumer leads (phone, email, social)
- Take initial inquiries, gather project info, and help clients build their "wishlist"
- Support the sales handoff process and keep the pipeline moving
Admin & Coordination
- Enter and maintain client info in our CRM and keep records of all calls and follow-ups
- Draft and help manage contracts and change orders
- Support coordination of small projects (< $300K) and assist on larger ones
- Coordinate schedules, trades, deliveries, and Airbnb rentals (including cleaner communication)
- Keep our systems organized (Google Drive, CRM, schedules)
- Produce a weekly report summarizing activity and progress on growing the business
Marketing Support
- Send email newsletters to clients and prospects
- Post and update social media
- Capture raw photo/video footage at job sites for marketing use
What We're Looking For
- Confident, professional phone presence — comfortable with B2B outreach and cold calling
- Friendly and personable; you enjoy helping people and building relationships
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable visiting job sites and interacting with trades and clients
- Proficient with CRM software and Google Workspace
- Experience in sales, business development, admin, or customer service preferred
- Bonus: Familiar with construction, contracts, or Airbnb/hospitality
- Bonus: Comfortable capturing phone video/photo content
Compensation & Perks
- $50,000 – $58,000/year, depending on experience

Additional Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with evening shifts, weekends as needed, on-call, and overtime
Education: Secondary School (required)
Experience: Customer Service, Sales, or Construction — 1 year (preferred)
Language: French not required
