Schedule: 9 days on & 5 days off

Position Overview:

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Conduct maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heavy-duty equipment including trucks, trailers, pumps, and other machinery commonly used in the oil and gas sector.

Diagnose mechanical issues, perform inspections, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize and schedule repairs to minimize disruption to production activities.

Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Perform other related duties as requested.
Job Requirements:

Completed Journeyman status as a Heavy Duty Mechanic

Previous experience working in the oil and gas industry with Cummings engines and hydraulic troubleshooting is considered an asset.

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willing/able to travel out of town for work.

Willing to work extra hours if required and work in all weather conditions.

Possess a clean class 5 driver's license and drivers abstract.

Pass a drug screening test.
