Position Overview:
As a Professional Furniture Installer, you will work with our in-house installation crew under the direction of the Lead Installer to complete the installation of our innovative workspace designs. We believe this is a career opportunity that will provide you with a sense of accomplishment with each installation that we complete together!

Brains. You need them and must use them. You will learn at a quick pace. You need to think though every step of the install process to anticipate & solve onsite issues. You need to plan your tasks to align with the rest of the team.
Resourceful. You need to be able to figure things out on your own. You need to trouble shoot and use the tools you have in order to complete tasks. Logic is key and you need to have focus on details
Reliable. You will become a team member. Our install calendar depends on your contributions. It is not a part time job or “filler” for the next big thing. If you commit, there are opportunities to grow.
Communication. You need to be able to speak, read and write in English – clearly and fluently. Every day you will speak to teammates, supervisors, contractors and our clients.
Committed. You have to be self-motivated and goal oriented. Sometimes we need to work after hours and even an occasional weekend to meet project deadlines and meet client expectations
