Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a collaborative team.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the worksite to uphold safety standards
- Help with moving supplies, tools, and materials throughout the site
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to supervisors
- Support team members with various tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision when required
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labour is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
