Duties
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on passenger vehicles, trucks, and other equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, or irregularities; recommend replacements or repairs to ensure safety.
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and wheels during installation or removal processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance procedures, and answering questions professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in sales efforts by recommending appropriate tire products and accessories based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred; familiarity with tire services is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment effectively.
- Experience working with heavy lifting tasks safely in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and basic vehicle maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in automotive repair are advantageous.

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
