We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Office & E-Commerce Assistant to join our fast-paced team. This hybrid role balances administrative support and Shopify website maintenance with occasional warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities
- Administration: Prepare invoices, coordinate courier pickups, assist office work, and maintain an organized, efficient office environment.
- E-Commerce & Website: Update product information, manage online orders, and assist with general Shopify maintenance.
- Warehouse Support: Occasionally pick orders, assist with customer order pickups, and help with periodic inventory counts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Manager and Warehouse Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
