Overview
Impact Health is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Operations Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinics. This role works directly under clinic leadership and plays a key part in ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient experience, and strong team coordination.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, takes initiative, and can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing daily clinic operations and workflow
- Support front desk and administrative staff with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture
- Coordinate staffing schedules and assist with coverage planning
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and systems are followed consistently
- Monitor operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with handling patient concerns and ensuring excellent customer service
- Work closely with leadership on clinic goals, projects, and process improvements
- Support communication between practitioners, administration, and management
- Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, and general clinic organization
- Help maintain a productive, welcoming, and high-performing clinic environment
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, customer service leadership, or office management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and empathy
- Comfortable managing priorities in a busy healthcare environment
- Experience with scheduling systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office considered an asset
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Experience
- Proven supervisory or team management experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows OS, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
