- Participer aux processus d’intégration et de découverte de projets lorsqu’un volet de formation logicielle est identifié, afin d’aider à déterminer les priorités et de soutenir, au besoin, la portée de la formation en gestion du changement dans le cadre d’un projet.
- Évaluer les besoins des membres du personnel et élaborer des cours et/ou programmes liés à la formation technologique.
- Créer du contenu d’apprentissage engageant, des activités et des programmes de cours convaincants en appliquant les principes de conception pédagogique pour adultes.
- Offrir et animer des formations et de l’éducation technologique pour les employés d’EllisDon en classe, sur chantier, par vidéoconférence et en coaching individuel.
- Concevoir et développer du contenu d’apprentissage interactif, créatif et de haute qualité pour des formations à distance et en présentiel, incluant des guides d’animation, du matériel pour les participants, des vidéos, des exercices pratiques, des activités engageantes, des documents de formation et des évaluations.
- Développer et utiliser des rapports et des analyses afin de mesurer l’efficacité des programmes de formation technologique (Intellum, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Coordonner, animer et superviser des sessions de formation internes sur des solutions technologiques.
- Soutenir la communication des initiatives de formation à travers l’organisation.
- Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise au parler et à l'écrit.
- De 2 à 6 ans d’expérience dans la conception et l’animation de programmes d’intégration et de formation croisée.
- De 2 à 6 ans d’expérience dans la conception, le développement et la prestation de solutions d’apprentissage en ligne, autant par des canaux asynchrones dédiés que par des approches hybrides.
- Une excellente connaissance de Workday constitue un atout.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la construction et de la gestion de projets est requise.
- Une expérience avec les outils et concepts d’apprentissage en ligne (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, etc.) ainsi qu’avec les méthodologies de conception pédagogique (ISD) et les meilleures pratiques en formation constitue un atout.
- Une solide connaissance de M365 et de Copilot est requise.
- Des connaissances en gestion financière constituent un atout.
- Aisance technologique et curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies.

You as a Tech Training Specialist will:
Participate in project intake and discovery processes when a software training component is identified to help determine priorities and support the change management training scope on a project as required.
- Assess employee needs and develop tech training related courses and/or programs.
- Create engaging learning content, activities, and compelling course curriculum through the application of adult instructional design principles.
- Deliver and facilitate tech training and education via live classroom, onsite training, video conference and one-on-one tech training for EllisDon employees.
Design and develop creative, high-quality, interactive product learning content for remote and in-person training, including facilitator guides, participant materials, videos, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts and evaluations.
Develop and utilize reports and analytics to measure effectiveness of tech training programs. (Intellum, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Coordinate, facilitate and oversee internal training sessions on tech solutions.
- Support communication of training initiatives throughout the organization.
Is this the right role for you?
- 2-6 years experience in the design and facilitation of on-boarding and cross-training programs
- 2-6 years experience in the design, development, and delivery of e-learning solutions both through dedicated, asynchronous channels and through blended implementations
Must be fully bilingual in French and English
Strong Workday knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in Construction and managing projects is required.
Experience utilizing eLearning tools and concepts (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, etc) and Instructional System Design (ISD) methodologies and instructional best practices are an asset
Strong knowledge of M365 and Copilot is required.
- Financial management knowledge is an asset.
Tech savviness and a curiosity for technology.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to quality, detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to embrace and champion change at short notice.
- Absolute Team player - High energy, enthusiasm & proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train different audiences effectively.

- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
- Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately.
- A desire to be curious, learn, grow and drive change.
- Customer first mindset.
- Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry is an asset.
- The salary range for this role is $65,000–$78,000K CAD
