Landscape Foreman – High-End Residential (GTA)
Avanti Landscaping is hiring an experienced, hands-on Landscape Foreman to lead high-end residential projects across the GTA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a crew on-site (2–5+ workers)
- Execute projects from start to finish (excavation, base prep, interlock, concrete, etc.)
- Read drawings and ensure work is built to spec
- Coordinate trades and manage site flow
- Maintain quality, productivity, and site organization
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow
- Communicate with project managers and report progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in landscape construction
- Proven experience as a hands-on foreman
- Strong knowledge of interlock, grading, and base preparation
- Experience operating machinery (mini skid steer, excavator, etc.)
- Experience with carpentry and softscaping
- Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs on schedule
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Truck & Tolls are an Asset
- Experience operating skid stee/excavator is a plus
