- Communicate effectively with clients to provide appointment details and answer inquiries
- Upsell services and products during appointment scheduling when appropriate
- Analyze appointment trends and provide feedback to improve scheduling processes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques preferred
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
