About the Canada Commercial BD & Sales Specialist – HP Intel/Microsoft:
The HPI Account Team is looking for an " Intel Sales Specialist " to lead our Commercial Client business in Canada. Qualified candidates must be passionate about technology, familiar with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and energized by competition. The specialist will focus on two modes: high-touch 'white glove' engagement for eight named accounts and broader reactive support for other significant opportunities, with initial emphasis on the high-touch accounts.
Location: Canada - Toronto
What Will You Do?
- Act as HP/Intel Microsoft Sales Specialist for Canada
- Lead the Commercial Client business in Canada
- Grow Intel volume, revenue and share in the Commercial Client segment
- Execute joint GTM strategies that leverage the unique Canadian ecosystem
- Partner closely with Microsoft to earn their trust and align investment
- Influence HP's Field Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Consultant (FSR/ISR/TC) teams, helping them value and deliver the "Intel Advantage."
- Build best-in-class relationships with HP and Intel's Channel resources, creating measurable synergy between the two teams
- Educate and empower HP Sales Reps, inspiring current and future customers to choose HP with Microsoft and Intel Inside
- Become the trusted advisor to HP and Intel's growing team of sales reps, aligning the team across a 5P GTM strategy that helps us meet/beat our FY26 sales targets.
- Key Result 1: Become HP trusted advisor, persuading customers to choose HP with Intel Inside. AMB: MSS growth in "Enterprise" and "Mid-Market" segments by end of year.
- Key Result 2: Drive participation in Tripleblitz. (As measured by participation rate – target 90%).
- Key Result 3: Activate 8 accounts w/n HP Spotlight, enabling deep co-selling results; as measured by 24 joint engagements and 6 Retention, Acquisition, Development (RAD) deal wins.
- Collaborate with HP and Intel marketing to link campaigns and lead generation to sales
- Liaise with the assigned sales specialist to ensure coordination between end-user and
- channel programs
- Deliver quarterly training to all HP Reps with high-impact face-to-face events during NPI
- Produce Monthly Sales Dashboard to track progress vs. targets
- Be a source of innovation and synergy with your US counterparts and scale best practices
What Will You Need to Succeed?
- Degree in Business and/or Technical Field of Study
- Proven history IT-related sales experience
- A proven team player who enjoys problem-solving in a competitive environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects on time and under budget
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills - English required (+French is a bonus)
- Experience managing and administrating a channel sales program and channel partner experience
- Strong time, reporting, and project management organizational & operational skills
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships
- Excellent face-to-face and remote/virtual presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred
- Previous experience with channel sales and prior experience in sales or technology required
- Detail oriented and program management skills
- Working technical and program knowledge of Intel processors and HP commercial computing platforms.

Compensation Range: $112,800.00 - $126,900.00 CAD
The salary range for this position is between $112,800.00 - $126,900.00 CAD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
