What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door sales professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize team performance.
- Motivate and mentor sales reps to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct hands-on field training to ensure success in the role.
- Manage daily operations, set team goals, and track performance.
- Personally sell Bright Green Roof services, earning commission on your own sales.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes and team structure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership Mentality: You have experience leading sales teams and can inspire and drive results.
- Sales Experience: Background in door-to-door, direct sales, or similar high-performance sales roles.
- Recruiting Ability: Skilled in attracting and hiring top sales talent.
