Guru Nanak Motors Group Inc. is seeking a professional and safety-focused AZ Truck Driver to join our growing team. This position involves local pickups and deliveries throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ensuring freight is transported safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class AZ tractor-trailer for local GTA deliveries and pickups.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections using the Motive ELD system.
- Secure freight and ensure safe transportation at all times.
- Complete electronic logs and required trip documentation accurately.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, traffic delays, and route updates.
- Comply with all provincial and federal transportation regulations.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Safely back into loading docks and maneuver in tight urban and industrial areas.
- Deliver freight on time while providing professional customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver's Licence.
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR abstract.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable AZ tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
- Experience operating refrigerated (reefer) trailers is an asset.
- Good knowledge of GTA highways, industrial areas, and local routes.
- Strong understanding of Hours of Service regulations.
- Comfortable using electronic logging devices (Motive ELD).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
