Commission-Based Position - Unlimited Earning Potential
Hutchinson Towing & Heavy Haul is looking for a motivated, customer-focused G Licence Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team.
This is a commission-based position, ideal for someone who wants to control their income through hard work and excellent customer service. The more calls you complete, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence
- Valid Ontario Tow Driver Certificate (Towing Licence) – Required
- Clean driver's abstract
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Light-duty towing and roadside assistance
- Accident towing and vehicle recovery
- Battery boosts
- Lockouts
- Tire changes
- Fuel delivery
- Winching and recovery
- Vehicle transport
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean truck
