Key Responsibilities:
- Opening duties including breakfast setting.
- Setting up, stock, and maintain work areas.
- Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use and work areas throughout the day.
- Closing duties including break down goods, cleaning all equipment & areas, returning equipment to locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items.
- Completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Serving It Right certification.
- Food Safe Level 1 considered an asset.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 11.5 kilograms (25 pounds) without assistance.
- Capable to bend frequently, stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an asset.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of a hotel environment, including early mornings (5 am), late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $22.22-$29.63 per hour
