Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, customer service, production workflow, and business development. This is an excellent opportunity for a leadership-minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of photo lab operations.
- Lead and support staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Coordinate production schedules and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all products and services.
- Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficient with computers and standard business software.
- Experience in photography, photo finishing, printing, graphic design, or a related industry is considered a strong asset.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
