About Truck HQ
Truck HQ is one of Canada's fastest-growing online retailers of premium truck accessories. We help truck owners across Canada outfit their trucks with tonneau covers, running boards, bed racks, bed caps, floor mats, mud flaps, and more.
While most of our business is online, we also operate a showroom and pickup location in Kitchener where customers can see products, pick up orders, and have select accessories professionally installed.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to play an important role in helping our business continue to grow.

About the Role
Every day is different.
One moment you may be helping a customer choose the right tonneau cover, the next you're receiving inventory, following up with leads, organizing the warehouse, completing an installation, or preparing orders for pickup/shipping.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, enjoys learning, and takes ownership of their work.
As Truck HQ continues to grow, there will be opportunities to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing - Customer Experience
- Welcome walk-in customers
- Assist customers picking up orders
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Respond to customer emails and live chat
- Help customers choose products that fit their truck
- Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish
Store Operations
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory
- Organize warehouse inventory
- Prepare customer pickup orders
- Perform inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse
- Help improve daily processes and organization
Installations
- Install tonneau covers
- Install running boards
- Install bed mats and other accessories
- Assist with larger rack installations alongside the owner when required
- Ensure every installation meets our quality standards
General Responsibilities
- Assist with warranty and return intake
- Photograph products when required
- Learn our product lineup
- Support day-to-day business operations
- Help wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly

Qualifications
Preferred (but not required):
- Automotive experience
- Truck accessory experience
- Parts department experience
- Retail experience
- Warehouse experience
- Mechanical or installation experience
Requirements:
- Valid G Driver's Licence
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
