JOB TITLE: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SALARY: $18.25/hr + Commission + Mileage

Krishna Trading is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative to help grow our customer base throughout the Lower Mainland and across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and working independently in a flexible environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and introducing industrial product solutions to customers in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. This position offers strong earning potential, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work remotely while managing your own schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, research, and connect with potential customers throughout the LowerMainland and across the United States
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the manufacturing and engineering industries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions across plumbing, agricultural, electrical, hardware, safety chain, trailer and industrial applications
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to source products and prepare quotes for customers
- Manage customer inquiries and act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Conduct sales meetings in person, by phone, and through digital communication channels
- Track leads, follow up with prospects, and support ongoing business development initiatives
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and customer communications
REQUIRED QAULIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a personal vehicle for field sales and client meetings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial supply, or a related industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales, marketing, or business development
- Basic knowledge of industrial trade components, including plumbing, electrical, and agricultural supplies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Positive, resilient attitude and confidence in handling customer objections
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and supply chain staff
HIGH VALUED ASSETS
- Ability to speak Punjabi and/or Hindi
- Post-secondary education or ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Development, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in B2B sales or industrial distribution
