TYCORP FINANCIAL GROUP INC is a growing bookkeeping/accounting service company. We are providing full cycle bookkeeping services to small or medium companies. As we are growing fast, we are looking for part time based bookkeeper.
About the Role – Bookkeeper:
- Full cycle accounting including A/R and A/P posting and reconciliation in our accounting system.
- Tax Filings
- Processing and reconciling bi weekly payroll for 5 + employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support corporate accountant for preparing financial statements.
- Assisting in general administrative duties such as answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner and filing customer documents.
Skills and requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years bookkeeping experience in medium to large sized company with payroll experiences.
- Quickbooks Onlince, Freshbooks
- Excellent computing skills – Excel, World and Outlook
- Positive attitude and ability to work with and add to a team.
- Strong initiative and excellent problem solving skills, can work under deadline pressures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
